Job purpose: The job role of a Sales associate is to independently grow the plaster business in the given territory.Principal Accountabilities:(Business/ People/ Customer/ Process)Prospecting of projects through geographical mapping, contractor networkingProspecting & build database of contractors to work with in projectsDeveloping sales in projects by delivering technical sales pitch to buildersBuilding preference for Gyproc through contractor development: Convincing the contractor on IFP of our products vs competitive products, less wastage etc.Supervising mock up s conducted through contracting partners @ project sites and getting the same approved by buildersRetail sales development by appointing new dealers, retailers and conducting relevant marketing activitiesAchieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the assigned sales territory.Complaints management, payment collection etc.Maintenance of MIS as per the guidelines from the companyExperience: 3 5 yrsSoft Skills:Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language of territory.Job requires constant travel within territoryGood networking skillsGood convincing skillsSpecial requirement:Must possess the skills to be promotable to an on roll role in 2- 3 yearsRelated work experience in Building Material Industry with a bias towards project salesEducation: Science or Engineering GraduatesLocation: ChandigarhSalary: 20k 33k CTCNote: Position will be on the payroll of Team Lease,
