Job Description

• Recruit and train new insurance agents to expand the agency network.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate agents performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance agents skills and product understanding.
• Assist agents in developing their own client base and achieving their sales goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies for agency growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide effective support to agents.
• candidate criteria:
• Age: 21 to 38 years
• Experience: 2 years in sales and marketing industry
• Bachelors degree in any field; relevant experience in sales or insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team of agents.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
