Job Description

    Position Overview:We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to drive sales of our automobiles and contribute to the growth of our business. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the features and benefits of our vehicles. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, financing options, and vehicle specifications. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer. experience from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in automotive sales or a similar role. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
