Job Description

    Designation :-SalesManager ( BL- LAP)Location:- Chandigarh/ LudhianaSalary Range:- 5.5LPAEmployment Type:-Permanent Job, Full TimeJob Description:-
    • Responsible for origination of Business Loans / Loans Against Property.
    • Responsible for setting up the distribution network for financial products
    • Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through network
    • Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service
    • Investment structuring and documentation
    • Empanelment of DSAs and maintaining good relations with them
    • Build and Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans
    • Regular interactions with Seniors in NBFC
    • Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC
    • Determine ongoing product evolution/development priorities.
    • Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports
    Skills Required:-
    • Good Communication skills
    • Fluent with MS Office usage
    • Well versed with local market
    • Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills - Ability to speak with conviction using data and logic.
    Competencies:-
    • Graduation in any Discipline is Must
    • Candidates having MBA (Finance) will be preferred
