Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify the Top financial /General Insurance/Health Insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competition
• Pitch Max-Life Agency Career Opportunity through Career Seminars / Presentations / Meetings
• Understand the Top Advisor/ Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process and regulations related to the same
• Hiring and Onboarding of Top Advisors and Business Associates post conducting
• Career seminars and Presentation and meet the defined Recruitment plan
• Drive sales from the team of Top Advisors / Business Associates and Financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans.
• Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the Persistency standards of the channel
• Adherence to the desired input behaviors to drive Sales and Recruitment
• Periodically Train & Develop advisors for new product launches and communicating any changes in company guidelines / policies.
• Managing field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales & recruitments
Candidate Should Have the following to apply:
• Age: 27-39 years
• -Agency Experience: Minimum 3 years
• -BFSI Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience , including3 years in life insurance
• -Local Experience: Must be based in the city of application for at least 3 years
• -Stability: stable employment history with no frequent job changes, should have at least 2yrs of average stability
• -Business Volume: Managed 30-50 lakhs in the last financial year
• -Education: Graduate (No diplomas)
• -Team Management: Managed at least 10 agents or team members
• -Quantifiable achievementslike MDRT, COT, or TOT
• - Average vintage (Stability) of 5 years in last two organizations
