Theyre in the domain of co-working space which provides customers with a shared office space that allows them to co-work with like-minded creative individuals and transform the ideas in to tangible products. They offer value for money offices in the heart of Chandigarh, along with North Indias business community. Theyre also the hottest space for tech and startup events in Chandigarh. It is commonly used by tech startups, developers, writers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs to work effectively, save money, and network with other professionals. Theyre also into co-living space which provides full-service place to live in. In addition to that our client provides digitalized menus for their numerous clients who are well known restaurants and hotels across North India using their unique team of skilled and experienced developers and designers. They provide customized menus based on the restaurants themes and colour schemes. As the Sales Representative , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationship and meeting and exceeding sales goals. What you will do:

  • Generating leads.
  • Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions across all domains related to product and troubleshooting.
  • Building an in-depth understanding of the restaurants in your city and sign up the right set of restaurants to partner with.
  • Acquiring and engaging the right set of restaurants to use Our platform and help them derive maximum value from it.
  • Pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • People with 1 - 3 years of work experience
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great
  • Existing Network of restaurants.
  • Should be presentable, articulate, data-oriented and is able to multi-task.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone and presentation
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport customers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
