    Position: - Field Sales Representative - North RegionExperience: - 3 - 4 YearsEducation: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fieldLocation: - Lucknow, Delhi, Chandigarh, GuwahatiSalary :- Depend On your experience and knowledgeExposureIn: - Selling Laboratory products / background in the same industry / field sales / Bio-Technology Field only /Experience with ISO and other quality control standards is preferred /Strong understanding of quality control procedures and documentationJob Summary: As a Sales Representative for the North Region, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative biotech products and services to healthcare institutions, research laboratories, and other relevant organizations. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Growth:Identify potential clients and market opportunities within the North Region. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales deals with new and existing customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the biotech and research communities. Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries, concerns, and requirements. Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our biotech product and service offerings. Effectively communicate the technical and scientific aspects of our products to potential customers. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and input on product improvement and development.4. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and sales performance analyses.
