Position Summary Need to provide SCM support to the corporate SCM and other regional SCM groups. Works under general supervision Duties & Responsibilities ESSENTIAL Generate MIS (Management information System) reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ascertain assigned work is delivered with required quality, within schedule. Maintain/update relevant records & documents for all the processes. Understand and comply with SCM processes. Preparing checklist against incoming shipments to a BU on the basis of Invoice. Inventory Management - Adjustments/ EZ Transfers/ Item Ship To/Purchasing Attributes. Involve in Offshore Inventory Change Request globally. Analyze stocks and raise inter-unit stock transfer orders (MSR) to other BUs by using overstock data. Purchase orders/MSR management - Generation, Confirmation, Expedite, end user communication. Maintaining Tracker for finalized Purchase Order s. Resolve invoices/requisition anomalies. Perform receipt against POs to ensure expedite reports and match exceptions. NON-ESSENTIAL Do additional SCM/Technical jobs as assigned. Well versed with Purchasing, Inventory and other SCM functions. Work towards individual goals, aligned with department and organizational objectives. Attend all team meetings and deliver assign projects/task on time. Be open to travel as per business needs. Contribute to improving existing processes. Safety Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Other Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment. Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities. Reporting Relationship Qualifications REQUIRED Required Bachelors in Science / Commerce / PGDCA/ BCA or other relevant educational field. Should have minimum 2 years of practical experience in SCM related task Should posses knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially of Excel and word. DESIRED Knowledge on MS Excel including formulas, special functions viz. Pivot table, pivot chart, vlookup, hlookup etc. Exposure with SAP / Oracle SCM module is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Self motivated, confident and passionate. Teamwork & Interpersonal skills. Disciplined documentation and record keeping skills. Flexibility and adaptability under adverse conditions. Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness. Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within area of responsibility Additional Information Working Conditions This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows. Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night. Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place.
