The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and must have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial operations.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements
    • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
    • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
    • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
    • Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial activities
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
    • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting
    • Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and taxation
    • Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good communication and coordination skills
