A Software Development lead is skilled at developing cutting edge web applications using the components of .net programming. The role requires the design, development and implementation of applications which provide solutions to business problems.A Software Development lead will be expected to undertake such duties as consulting with clients about their business requirements, building applications to client specifications, customizing current applications in line with changing business needs, reporting specifics of an application, evaluating the performance of an application, testing and implementing all software solutions, and meeting face-to-face with clients.Essential Duties/ Responsibilities Participating in day-to-day activitiesReady to adapt the role of mentor for junior developers in all respects.Working within the Technology team, specifically on the software design and development of commercial web-based software products and applicationsWork to accurately evaluate risk and estimate software development tasksStrive to continually improve technical and developmental skillsGood knowledge of Cloud/ SaaS environmentCompetencies/ Qualifications Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field3 years of software development experience (C , C#)3 years of experience with web development (ASP.NET) along with Silverlight.Experience with Web Services, JSON and SQLExperience working with AJAX, DHTML, HTML5, JQueryKendo UI integration with .Net MVCGood interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsRequirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related field strongly preferred3-4 years experience in an Agile Scrum environmentValid PassportShort term onsite opportunity during the ongoing Project.,
