Supervise entry level Engineering analysts.## Duties & ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned.Supervise & mentor Engineers on design by analysisExecute complex analysis projectsLead multiple projects at the same time, including small cross- functional projectsDirect team of analysts to enable them handle analysis projects effectivelyReview work carried out by other analysts, lead design reviewsApprove deliveries made by teamAscertain compliance to established Engineering processes by a team of analystsDefine functional processes and work towards continuous improvementAct as single point of contact for one or more business units for analysis projectsCommunicate with business units to understand their design & analysis needsDefine scope of workPlan jobsHave resources allocatedShare regular updates about workMonitor performance on relevant key performance indicatorsValidate timesheets of team members assignedPrepare & conduct technical trainingsShould be open to travel as per business needsWork towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectivesGuide team members to have them accomplish their performance goalsComply to organizational HR policies and proceduresUnderstand and adhere to organizational HSE policies and practices## QualificationsEducation, Experience & Software SkillsEducation & ExperiencePost Graduation (Master degree) in Mechanical (or related) Engineering with minimum three years of relevant industry experience, ORGraduation (Bachelor degree) in Mechanical (or related) Engineering with minimum five years of relevant industry experienceSoftware SkillsExpert level knowledge on use of FEA & calculation softwareStrong knowledge of more than one relevant Mechanical industry codes/ standards (e.g.; ASME, DNV, API, AISC etc.)Basic knowledge of CAD software usedBasic knowledge of project management software (e.g. Primavera)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications## How To ApplyWe offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
