Job description Position Title: Senior Manager Centralized Monitoring Category/ Team: Production and R&D Job profile: The more details provided will lead to more relevant CVs. Include e.g. scope of project, role, key tasks etc. Manage and lead centralized monitoring team ensuring monitoring and first level of troubleshooting for Network and P2P applications, platforms and infrastructure of production and test environment issues. Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Production & Deployment Teams to foster an efficient production environment for our customers Support various quality initiatives within R&D and Production function to continuously improve product quality and monitoring capabilities Ensure solid documentation and adherence of processes to provide standard round the clock support to production and ensure compliance to various initiatives like SOC, ISO etc Understand Basware products and network transaction workflows to identify and lead automation possibilities to effectively monitor the transactions and systems (applications, platforms & infra) Encourage and motivate the teams to identify the requirements for better tools to monitor that cut manual work and improves monitoring capabilities Continuous process innovation and strong documentation drive through the team, compliance to SOC, ITIL practices and other operational processes Coach, facilitate, solve work problems, and participate in the work of the team. Observe training needs and undertake or organize trainings as per the TNA. Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work- related information to the supervisor. Ramp up the knowledge base within the team to equip the team to handle broader scope of duties and contribute effectively to Basware success Intercede with the team leaders on behalf of the team to inform the supervisor of performance management issues/ problems and to recommend/ request related actions, such as assignments, reassignments, promotions, tour of duty changes, peer reviews, and performance appraisals Years of experience: When hiring an entire team please specify if some people should have more experience than others.
