Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesA) Service:

  • Testing of tractors and agricultural implements.
  • Market complaint analysis and feedback to the distributors.
  • To understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Warranty Claim settlement & product improvement.
  • PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) of tractors, spare parts, implements and its timely dispatch.
  • To train and monitor the performance of all service staff at distributor end.
  • To establish and maintain follow-ups with all customers to confirm satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Record of all related documents; ensure nothing is missing and all are processed correctly.
B) Sourcing:
  • Good Knowledge of suppliers and pricing in tractor domain.
  • Sourcing of tractors & spare parts for exports after market.
  • Perform cost analysis, and bench marking.
  • Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
  • Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
