Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experiencedUI/UX Designer to join our team in Chandigarh/Mohali and help us design intuitiveapplications for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders tounderstand product requirements, target audience, and user needs. Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectivelycommunicate design ideas and validate concepts. Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, anddesktop applications. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas forimprovement and optimize the user experience. Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies,incorporating them into your designs. Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices toensure consistency across all company products. Present design concepts and deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders,incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary. Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation ofdesigns and maintain design quality throughout the development processDesired Candidate Profile 06 Yrs of proven exp in UI/UX design, preferably in the IT services sector Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-centered design solutions for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, Marvel, or similar. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
