1. Responsible for retaining all Rescission cases for the branch Retention means collection of one additional/ incremental EMI2. Meeting estranged members and reselling the membership proposition to them. 3. Joint accountability of branch recession targets along with Branch Manager. 4. Coordinate with all related support functions so as to provide service resolution to members assigned. 5. Coordinate with Sales team to understand case history, points of disgruntlement, member profile and selling pointers before approaching the case. 6.Prepare MIS for case by case recession handling and outcomes. The candidates should preferably from Banking / Telecom / insurance industry with a retention backgroundSkills: 1. Analytical skill and attention to detail are essential requirements for this role 2. Good decision-making skills to make recommendations for improvements and execute timely/correct decisions. 3. Patience and Good Listening Skills 4. Persuasive, Negotiating and Influencing Skills 5. Excellent Interpersonal Skills as this role would require cross functional interactions. 6. Must also be an Excellent communicator so that he/she can guide other teams and encourage colleagues to maintain the highest standards of quality 7. Should be willing to stretch and manage tighter timelines 8. Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure. 9. Should possess sound knowledge about the local market 10. Have high customer service orientation 11. Presentable and smart. 12. Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task. Pre-requisites: The candidates should possess a retention background; if it is combined with some sales experience then it will be ideal.Should be well-versed with the location of operation/workPossess strong communication skills in at least 2 of these 3 languages (English/Hindi) Should be well-groomed Work Location: Salary Range: 4 lacs P.A. to 5.5 lacs P.AEducational Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters/ any other relevant qualificationPrevious Work Experience: 3 to 6 years experience required.Whats In It for You
