Job description Global Network Services drives and contributes in delivering cloud- based projects and highly quality Network products. Within this global team, we act as delivery and subject matter experts towards our customers and internal stakeholders.We are now looking for a Team Lead Global Network Services India to join our team to further manage, build and develop a customer focused, results oriented team that can provide strong technical consulting and other professional services as a part of Basware Customer Services organization globally. In addition, the selected person play an important role in securing Basware s and our customers success, and work in close collaboration with globally located Global Network consultants and regional project managers.In your role as Team Lead, you will be engaging with the team members, colleagues and customers to ensure excellent customer experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that unit s operations, processes and practices are aligned with the global guiding principles.We d love for you to be a passionate, curious and goal- oriented team player with strong drive for customer success throughout the delivery lifecycle.
