Job Description

    • Preparation/verification of Process Equipment s & clean room HVAC documentations such as URS , DQ, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualifications and their Documentation and Hand over of Machine etc as per Defined SOP s.
    • Participate in the execution and commissioning of the Process & Utility Equipment s, including piping, equipment fixing, validation, safety inspection and verification, staff training, determining operating requirement and writing procedures as per cGMP.
    • Review the engineering documents, equipment s Data Sheets, execution, drawings etc. from projects & also coordinate with other departments.
    • Successfully handle troubleshooting of Process Equipment s Like Reactors, Centrifuges, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers, HVAC & Utility equipment s.
    • Managing planning, scheduling, and safe execution of maintenance for all the equipment s of all the production plants efficiently, effectively, and safely.
    Note:- Should have Basic Knowledge of Process Equipment s & their documentations as per current Goods Manufacturing Practices.- Candidate from Pharma & API experience shall be preffered.,
