  • Create technical/functional designs, architecture, set coding standards.
  • Create High Level and Low level designs at the module level.
  • Perform the code reviews of the team & proactively address the performance issues in code.
  • Resole any technical impediments of the team
  • Drive team to create cutting edge technical solutions of global class.
  • Responsibility of par excellence quality of the solution built, strict schedule adherence.

Skills Required:
  • Technical genius, with solid understanding of enterprise software technologies; extensive 6+ yrs of experience architecting besides developing, troubleshooting applications in different technologies preferably-C#, ASP.Net 3.0/3.5/4.0, VB.Net, SQL Server 2005/2008/2008R2 Web Services, XML, Silverlight.
  • Hands on OOPS, Design Patterns, Database Architecture, Multi Tier Architecture, SDLC, Test Cases Development.
  • Strong passion for technology.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals
  • Creative thinker, adaptive to new technologies and challenges
  • Ability to incur fast learning curves.
  • Ability to drive and guide implementation in any technical and functional platform as per client requirement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Confident, committed person who is Passionate about complex technical challenges.
Education: (UG Any Graduate Any Specialization) AND (PG Any PG Course Any Specialization, Post-Graduation Not Required) ,
