We didn t develop our values our values developed us!Join us as a Technical Lead and you will have the opportunity to:Work with our beloved Product Development department in India - full of young and competent people having a fun and an inspiring work cultureDevelop our market leading software and contribute in creating feature- rich solutionsWork closely with Solutions architect to facilitate & contribute towards architecture evolutionWork on automation projects to eliminate/ reduce wasteResearch, implement and be responsible for technical projects/ assignmentsLike, static code analysis, logging and monitoring, code review, integration pipelines, continuous integration, etc.Work with development teams in technical implementationsLike, TDD, BDD, UI framework, micro- services, various design patterns etc.Effectively implement all concluded tools and frameworks into development teams, routines & processes.Mentor & train team members to follow good coding practices & improve competence based on organisational strategyThrive in a committed and agile environmentFurther yourself on technical and personal levelInteract with Nordic colleagues through both digital and in- person means, and become part of a big global CatalystOne familyParticipate and even present, in our round- the- year workshops and learning sessionsYou must be learning and solution oriented.
