Job Description

    DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist customers in resolving technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in technical support or related fields.Responsibilities
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
    • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
    • Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
    • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
