Responsible for Developing Pan India Sales Network Through Allocation of Sales Engineers for Required Area/s, Provide Techno-commercial Support to Field Engineers, Negotiation with Customer for Order Finalization & Customer Satisfaction. the Detailed Job Responsibilities are as Following:handle Technical & Commercial Queries of Customers, Identification of Decision Making Authority in Prospect Customer and Negotiate with the Customer for Order Finalization.Tracking & Monitoring Performance of Field Engineers Through Various Kpis & KrasMonitor Day to Day Field Activities of Field Engineers Through Crm and Suggest Ways to Enhance Individuals Productivity.Analysis of Data (related to Voltage Scenarios) Collected By Field Engineers to Benchmark B/w Regions to Identify Trends & Pitch Sales Accordingly.Dealer Authorization Across Pan India to Increase Sales & to Develop Dealer Network.Submit Technical Reports Related to Voltage & Energy Consumption Behavior At Customer Site, to Suggest Suitable Solutions (submit Quotes) & to Calculate Payback Analysis of Product.Create Understanding/awareness About the Products such as Home Appliances Product in the Channel and Market, Through Online Marketing Campaigns from Time to Time.Website Promotion Through Google Adwords, Keywords Promotion Related to Product to Increase Lead Generation.Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Increasing Customer Engagement Levels of Existing Customers By Deputing Area Sales Engineer for Routine Checkup from Time to Time & Ensure Collection of Testimonials/feedbacks Wherever Possible.Ensure Timely Dispatch of the Equipment to Build Customer Trust in the Organization.
