    3. Product Knowledge:
      • Stay updated on the latest developments in ophthalmic products and technologies.
      • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals and distributors.
    4. Team Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and product availability.
    5. Customer Support:
      • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
      • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    Requirements:
    1. Education:
      • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Experience:
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    3. Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Familiarity with the ophthalmic healthcare market is a plus.
