Job Description

• Plan and organize tours and travel itineraries for groups or individuals.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and activities.
• Liaise with travel agencies, tour operators, and service providers to secure bookings and services.
• Provide customers with detailed travel information, including destinations, schedules, and costs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or changes to the travel plans.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and distribute travel documents such as tickets, itineraries, and vouchers.
• Monitor tour operations to ensure they run smoothly and address any problems that arise.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve tour services.
