Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our direct channel operations in a designated branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Role and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base- Lead and manage a team of direct sales agents, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements- Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer serviceRequirements:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a direct channel environment- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends, and make informed business decisions
