Job Title- Team Leader Operations Job Location - CHANDIGARH / NOIDA SALARY FOR (CHANDIGARH) - UPTO 5 LACS PER ANNUM SALARY FOR (NOIDA) - UPTO 5.5 LACS PER ANNUM # Kindly note; We are looking for candidates with Excellent communications skills and should be working as TEAM LEADER on papers in Bpo Industry Only . Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Managing an average team size of 20 members.
  2. Need to be approachable and supportive towards the team.
  3. Should have the ability to motivate the team to achieve their targets.
  4. To manage the day to-day operations with a team of agents and meet the required service levels, quality and productivity.
  5. Attrition and shrinkage management. Maintaining SLA target on a monthly basis to achieve desired KPI.
  6. Must have all knowledge on all line of business.
Skills Required :
  • Must be Graduate .
  • Should have excellent Communications skills
  • Should be working as TEAM LEADER on papers
  • Should be Comfortable for Rotational shifts
