Location: Jammu, New Delhi, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Himachal Pradesh, Udaipur, JaipurExperience: 8Designation: AM / DM / ManagerCTC: 15 LPA NegotiableJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced VRV Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, and Chandigarh. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage the VRV sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote VRV and VRF products.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.4. Conduct technical discussions with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.5. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, to provide technical assistance and resolve customer complaints.Requirements:1. Technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.2. Experience in VRV and VRF products, preferably in a sales or technical role.3. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.4. Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
