Job Description

    We are looking for Plant Head / Manufacturing HeadNear Chandigarh.Our client is Indias Largest Manufacturer of Cleanrooms Panels, Doors, Cleanroom Equipment and Fire Rated Doors & also Specialise to undertake Turnkey Cleanroom Projects for Pharmaceutical, Semiconductors, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Nanotechnology, Aerospace, Food Processing, Precision Engineering, Automobile, Solar panel manufacturing, Optical Manufacturing and other industries.Job Overview :As a Manufacturing Head, incumbent will be responsible for overa smooth functioning of Unit. Achieve Monthly/Qly./Yly production. Meet quality and productivity parameters of the company. Ensure compliances of ISO guidelines and other statutory requirements of Unit. Interaction with clients for resolving their quality or despatch issues if any. Supervision and guidance of all reporting departments like production, Quality, Store, Design, procurement and despatch etc. Maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate good leadership abilities.Responsibilities
    • Planning and execution of Daily/Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly production targets of the unit.
    • Meeting customers expectations regarding delivery and quality parameters etc.
    • Supervising and guidance all related departments in Factory.
    • Maintaining high standards of the production line.
    • Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
    • Monitoring the factory operations.
    • Taking corrective action as and when required.
    • Resolving any factory-related issues.
    • Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
    • Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
    • Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures.
    • Suggesting improvements in the strategies.
    • Preparing production schedules and reports.
    • Presenting the reports to the higher management.
    • Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
    • Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients.
    • Understanding of safety regulations and policies.
