Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Development Manager to join our Agency Vertical.This role involves recruiting agents, providing them with training and support, and driving their performance to achieve sales targets while fostering business growth in the assigned territory. Jobs Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of insurance agents.
• Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines.
• Support agents in generating leads and achieving individual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team sales goals.
• Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1-6 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or business development, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Goal-oriented and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to train and motivate a team effectively.
