We are hiring an energetic and target-oriented Area Sales Officer to drive sales and build a strong network of agents in the Agency Vertical.In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, developing agents, and ensuring business growth within the assigned area. Jobs Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train agents to create a robust sales network.
• Drive sales of insurance products through the agent network in the assigned area.
• Support agents in lead generation and closing sales.
• Monitor and analyze agent performance, providing necessary training and motivation.
• Develop strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with agents and ensure client satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2 to 8 Years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in any domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
