JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Sales ManagerLocation: Chennai, Vellore, Kanchipuram, coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) Palakkad ( Kerala) chikkaballapur, Belgaum ( Karnataka)
• Create branch sales plans and projection in alignment with business objectives
• Support Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager with day-to-day business activities
• Evaluate teams and individual performances
• Report on branch sales results
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits
• Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
• Analyse local market trends and discover new opportunities for business growth
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Qualification: GraduateExperience:2 plus years of experience in Team handlingShould have worked in affordable Housing Loan or LAP 4YEARSalary upto 6 LPA
