Job Description

    Dear Connections, Designation - AR Caller / Senior AR Caller ( Voice Process )Location - Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy and Jaipur.Experience - 1 to 4 yearsWork mode - Work from officeInterview mode - Virtual / Face to faceNotice period - Immediate joinerShift timings - 6 pm to 3 am (nightshift)Billing required - CMS1500 or UB04Salary - 20k to 40k Based on experience and interview performance.Role Description Overview:The User is accountable to manage day to day activities of Denials Processing/ Claims follow-up/ Customer ServiceResponsibility Areas:
    1. Should handle US Healthcare providers/ Physicians/ Hospitals Accounts Receivable.
    2. To work closely with the team leader.
    3. Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
    4. Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOAs to accounts, making required corrections to claims.
    5. Calling the insurance carrier & Document the actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
    6. To review emails for any updates
    7. Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor
    8. Update Production logs
