JR process revamp including designing of internal PM workflow/control on raising/cancelling /dropout of JRs, to be in collaboration/compliant with GSSC policy and procedure.2. GPM HC tracker Mgmt inclusive of robust governance around FTE s within team on new joiners, movements, transfers and replacements.3. To interface between PM and GSSC HR / Ops as PM SPOC for site related engagements in order to ensure 100% compliance on Scope governance. Metrics :-1. Streamline consolidation of PM metrics, review of these metrics before it is published to GPM. Identify the basis of metrics and ensure synchronization of PM metrics with FSSC. SLA :-1. Control on BaU SLA s renewal, Enhancement of SLA based on based on GPO alignment, monitoring and updating inventory governance based on SLA s signoff.2. Control over billing as per SLA / modification note sign-off.3. Working on 2017 budget revamping basis SLA and Headcount. DOI s :-1. Developing and maintaining TJ DOI trackers.2. Identifying gaps in existing DOI s with reference to process changes/ CR, Global Process re-org and BCBP239 update. SRM :-1. Monitoring and governing necessary update to ops teams to ensure consistency on monthly basis along with exception reporting, if any. MI Governance :-1. Ensuring MI Governance implementation and execution of process with zero tolerance. Process Governance :-1. Ensuring process mapping is done at respective sub vertical levels, CTQ, CTP and Metrics are identified to ensure standardization and redesigning,
