Job Description

    Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller / Denial management Department: Finance/Accounts Location: Bangalore , Chennai, Hyderabad & NoidaJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our dynamic BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls related to accounts receivable, following up with clients, insurance companies, and stakeholders to ensure timely payments and resolve billing issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
    • Debt Collection & Follow-ups:
      • Make outbound calls to clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to follow up on outstanding payments.
      • Receive inbound calls to address customer queries related to billing, payment status, and account discrepancies.
    • Account Management:
      • Review accounts to identify overdue payments and prioritize follow-ups.
      • Update and maintain accurate records of all calls, payments, and communication in the system.
    • Issue Resolution:
      • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.
      • Coordinate with internal departments (billing, finance, etc.) to address issues efficiently.
    • Reporting & Documentation:
      • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and resolutions.
      • Ensure proper documentation of all interactions for audit and compliance purposes.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
    • 1-2 years of experience in AR calling, collections, or customer support (preferably in a BPO environment).
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
