• Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience with advanced architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED accreditation.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• 5 years of experience in architecture or related field
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, and accessibility requirements
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Passion for design excellence and creativity
Responsibilities & Duties
• Developing and managing the design of projects from conceptual design to construction documents
• Collaborating with project team members to ensure the project vision is realized
• Producing technical drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
• Communicating design concepts and presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
