Job Description

    • To achieve sales targets of month, quarter, annual (Primary & Secondary) and build excellent client relationships.
    • Ensure and achieve collection target on timely basis from market.
    • Ensure proper display of the products, POP, etc in the market.
    • Appoint network of retailers/ dealers/ distributors enhance market penetration and business.
    • Able to execute the schemes for distribution/ dealer/ retailers to achieve target.
    • Analyzing the market potential, forecasting sales and collection for the territory.
    • Expedite sales and marketing plan execution for new product, product promotion and implementation of business strategies to accomplish the decided targets.
    • Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.
    • Getting Balance confirmation from business partner every month.
    • Increase company product market share in the region.
    • Build team and motivate them for high performance.
    • To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes /meets (like retailer/dealers/ builders/architects/electrician).
    • Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports and Target plans for monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and sending same to RSM/BU head.
    • Rest day to day work assigned.
