Role & responsibilities
• Meeting or exceeding budgeted primary and secondary sales for the month and year
• ROI- He should be well versed to calculate return on investment for the dist as well as for the company
• Distribution Expansion, New Distributor appointment and increase distribution width
• He should posses analytical, Effective decision making and problem-solving and customer service skills
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales report
• Develops overall sales plan, BTL activity , execute plans , monitor it and communicate with updates to his superior.
• Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales officers to ensure that sales is effectively managed and improved
• Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all team members
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English and Kannada Language)
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
• Collecting customer feedback from the market passing it to the seniors and use it in benefits of organization
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement
