Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole: Responsible for assisting and supporting on all matters relating to secretarial includingcompliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations and other corporate laws.Key Performance Area:

  • Preparation of agenda, notices and minutes for board / committee / shareholders
etc., and related secretarial activities
  • Co-ordinating on matters relating to conduct of board, committee and shareholders
meeting
  • Preparation and filing of e-forms with MCA, submission of reports / returns / forms to
Reserve Bank of India
  • Preparation and filing of reports with stock exchanges under SEBI regulations.
  • Maintain all statutory and regulatory records to ensure they are accurate and up to
date
  • Identifying amendments in legislation/ regulatory frameworks and prepare materials
for internal discussions.
  • Provide support to Secretarial, statutory audit, internal audit and other professional
certifications Desired Candidate ProfileEducation and Experience:
  • Qualified and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS)
  • Experience: 2 to 7 yrs (preferably in a listed company)
Skills set expected:
  • PC/IT skills - MS Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel / Filings in
XBRL formats
  • Verbal and written communication abilities, including drafting and attention to details
  • Organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Some flexibility on working hours will be required to meet timelines
