Job Description

Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to establish best practices and optimize the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for improved efficiency, collaboration, and delivery.Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Resource Manager, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, and Azure DevOps.CI/CD Pipeline Development: Lead the development and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring automation, quality, and efficiency across all stages of the software delivery process.Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using Azure DevOps, ARM templates, Terraform, or similar tools.Cloud Security & Compliance: Enforce security, compliance, and governance practices within Azure environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into the overall development lifecycle.Monitoring & Reporting: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions in Azure to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.Performance Optimization: Continuously improve pipeline performance, reduce deployment times, and troubleshoot issues within the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure.Documentation & Best Practices: Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations. Ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.Problem Solving: Address issues in the CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure, or code deployment by identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure DevOps processes align with project goals and deliverables
