Job Description

A branch head, also known as a branch manager or general manager, isresponsible for the day-to-day operations of a branch and its employees:
• Customer service:Handle customer complaints and inquiries, and build rapport with customers
• Staff management:Hire, train, and supervise staff, and ensure they adhere to company policies
• Sales:Generate new business, set sales goals, and monitor sales performance
• Risk management:Identify risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and make sure the branch is safe
• Business development:Grow the customer base, launch new products and services, and collaborate with other branches
• Community engagement:Participate in community events and clubs to maintain a positive image for the company
• Reporting:Prepare reports as requested by management
• Planning:Create schedules, approve paid time off, and ensure staff costs and hours are within established criteria
• Market research:Analyze trends, macroeconomic conditions, and competitors strategies
