Job Description

• Business Development: Drive the acquisition of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) to meet monthly and annual branch targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to maximize their productivity.
• Channel Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with real estate builders, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and connectors.
• Credit & Operations: Coordinate with the legal, technical, and credit teams to ensure smooth processing, timely documentation, and fast loan disbursals.
• Portfolio Health: Monitor early mortality, bucket resolution, and delinquency rates to maintain a high-quality, profitable loan portfolio.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure all loan files and branch activities comply with internal policies, KYC standards, and regulatory guidelines.
