Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Business development executive: Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, mainly Cloud Infrastructure , Date center Infrastructure, Experience driven services.
    • Orchestrate and manage client visits- define the value themes and propositions based on the client needs
    • Work closely with the sales and technology teams to create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to run specific campaigns for lead generation.
    • Help with customer research, understand the customer challenges and map the value proposition
    • Work with sales for opportunity creation and securing relationships in account.
    • Ensure solution to fit the value engineered solution.
    • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
    • Design and Solution options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
    • Designs details of automated systems for Infrastructure and cloud integrated with surrounding systems. May provide consultation to users and user experience services. .
    • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
    • End-to-End Bid/Proposal Management: RFP/RFQ/RFI for Cloud and infrastructure solution & platform, SaaS deals.
    • Validate the service lines and information needed for completion of proposal response.
    • Co-ordinate with multiple service lines and identify the solutioning team.
    • Support the Proposal/Bid Solutioning team preparation of deal solutions and help in pricing.
    • Drive multiple sessions like kick-off, bid calls, War-room sessions and Deal Review Calls.
    • Consolidation of Proposal/Bid Assets from various stakeholders right on time for submission.
    • Support for Client Visits, Presentations and Workshops.
    • Create, Own and update Business Development assets showcasing LTIMINDTREE Capabilities.
    • Create capability presentations for various industry sub segments, service offering and or technology service offerings
    • Support managing new marketing/sales pitch initiatives by coordinating and finalizing the sales material.
    • Contribute to learning and knowledge enhancement sessions.
    Required Skills & Competencies
    • Prior IT/technology Sector experience of 2 to 4 years in Bid Management / Business Analyst or in tech solutions ( is an added plus)
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
      • Broad understanding of Technology understanding and appreciation
      • General Understanding on IT industry services offerings across services like AMS, AD, Infra , Digital , consulting etc.
      • Ability to interact with all levels of business users.
      • Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment.
      • Good understanding of Commercial modelling and pricing.
      • Time Management and stakeholder management
      • Proficient with MS Office skills, especially MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.
      • Multi-task and should be able to work under stringent deadlines.
      • Ability to understand client objectives, business objectives and align with expectations.
