Job Description

    • Platforms: Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps Engineer Programming: C# , Monitoring Tools: Thousand Eyes, App Dynamics, CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus Platform: Azure PaaS
    As a PCC/MCC Apps SRE Engineer, you will be responsible to support, monitor and optimize performace of applications related to PCC and MCC websites.Primary Must have: Consulting Experience with SRE principles and have worked in cloud deployment using Azure PaaS Strong knowledge in C# Programming language Strong knowledge in Azure PaaS and Azure Devops Prior experience in Web Application support, Performance testing load testing aspects of App Development Expertise in DevOps engineering design implementation and ongoing support for multiple highly complex IT Infrastructure environments on premises and cloud Have worked on CICD pipelines like Jenkins, containerization using Kubernetes, Docker Exposure to Configuration Management using Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc. Proficiency in Thousand Eyes, App Dynamics, CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus. o Scripting Knowledge any two - Python, Selenium ,Power Shell, PERL Secondary:Ability to take an active role and drive outcomes in technology planning and investment decisions in Service Management and NextGen automation AIOps and Analytics Uses technical acumen to provide alternatives ask probing questions and support the team in technical issue resolution Troubleshooting and administration of all above products on UNIX Windows based hosts Owning all technical aspects of monitoring tools including setup upgrade management and vulnerability remediation Specification and implementation of interfaces to other system management solutions Life cycle management of applications
