We aim to build confidence and prepare students for success in todays competitive world.About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you will speak with parents and students who have already attended a demo class. Your role is to understand their needs, explain our programs in a clear way, answer their questions, and guide them toward enrollment.You will handle the complete sales process from the first call to final admission.Key Responsibilities
    • Connect with 6070 interested leads every day
    • Conduct video counseling sessions with parents and students
    • Clearly explain course details and benefits
    • Answer questions and handle objections confidently
    • Do regular follow-ups to close enrollments
    • Achieve weekly sales targets
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process after enrollment
    • Participate in training sessions to improve your skills
