• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Broadcast, Audio-Visual (AV), and Pro Audio industry.
• Meet potential clients, system integrators, channel partners, and enterprise customers to promote products and solutions.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV/Broadcast technology solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demos and solution presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for order closure.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients across locations as per business requirements.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for client visits and field sales activities.
Business Development Manager (BDM) Roles & Responsibilities
• Drive business growth and revenue generation in the Broadcast, AV, and Pro Audio domain.
• Develop sales strategies and expand market presence through direct customer engagement.
• Manage key accounts, channel partners, distributors, and enterprise customers.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and solution discussions for business closure.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, AV integrators, broadcasters, and corporate clients.
• Monitor sales pipeline, market opportunities, and revenue forecasting.
• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets.
• Identify new markets and business verticals for expansion.
• Willing to travel frequently to customer locations for meetings, relationship management, and business development activities.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license; field travel is mandatory to meet clients across assigned territories.
