    Job Title: Business Development Manager Tool For TradeDept: Leasing Business Reports to: Zonal Sales Manager Tool For TradeLocation: Bangalore/ ChennaiReporting to: Zonal HeadJob Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company)Develop business in the allotted territory while ensuring outstanding customer experience and robust portfolio qualityTFT team caters to leasing requirements of corporates across all vehicle categories (PV/EV/CV/CEQ/other assets) by providing structured solutions. The assets are used by the corporate during the course of its business activities. Some of the key customer categories are Logistics Service Providers, Fleet operators, Last mile mobility cos, Agri cos , employee transportation services, vehicles for Govt/PSU/Corporate requirements, Construction Equipment etc. The team works with all OEMs to offer the best solution to the customer.Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance of this job)o Responsible for achieving sales target in the allotted territoryo Develop understanding of different customers segments within the territory. Co-ordinate with different stakeholders eg- OEM, Dealers, Intermediaries to develop sales pipelineo Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers. Proactively understand customer pain points to pitch appropriate solutiono Collection of Pre-Sanction docs; resolve credit queries & getting the approval per company policies o Post sanction completion of legal document execution and facilitating disbursal.o Timely Collection of the monthly lease rentals for all the accounts assigned and on boardedo Responsible for timely realization and reconciliation of receivables for all accountso Coordinates for all operational & servicing issues while ensuring high service standardsKey Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position). o We will compete against established market players in the corporate leasing space. For this we would require self-motivated and resilient individuals who can market our product o TFT segment requires understanding of industry dynamics, emerging business models and financial health of the corporate. It is important that the BDM can lead discussions with CXOs/ Promoters, interpret financial statements, negotiate deals and accordingly source pitch the product offering.List of internal and external stakeholders the role is expected to interact with to execute duties effectivelyInternal - Credit team, Pricing, Accounts team, Fleet Mgmt. team, Product Manager, Legal, etc.External- Clients, OEMs, Dealers, Intermediaries
