Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice Process)Location:Mindclick (Koramangala ) Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply) Salary:Min salary for freshers 9k to 25k THWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle queries effectively.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat support.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
    • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to improve support processes.
    Requirements:
    • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
    • Good communication skills in English & Local language ( Telugu , english , Hindi , tamil , Kannada).
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
    • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
    • Prior experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Flexible to work in shifts if required.
