Job Description

    Team Module Leads are skilled in solving various technical problems by effectively leveraging the collaborative platforms in an ecosystem. This opportunity allows one to independently implement diverse and complex engineering tasks throug h analytical thinking and problem solving. Team Module leads will get to exhibit a deep understanding of the end-to-end software life cycle and show high levels of collaboration, customer centricity and effective communication to understand requireme nts, analyse, provide support, and deliver technical results and drive excellence. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Solve various technical problems in the project in a collaborative manner under specified timeline with minimal guidance and review # Responsibl e for implementing diverse engineering tasks including gap, data, and impact analysis # Independently perform low-level design configuration, code customization, refactoring and review # Gain expertise and demonstrate high levels of skills in design, review, development, testing, build and deployment stages of the software life cycle # Ensure adequate documentation and provide assistance as a lead to all stakeholders # Must have experience in leading, managing and guiding the team for implementa tion and support engagements (Requirement Gatherings, Development, Testing, UAT, Production release fixes). # Responsible for Sprint work item effort estimation and planning # Must have experience in planning, managing and delivering the Spri nt release(as per SLA and agreed timelines). Accountable and Responsible for managing end to end Sprint releases including support on Sprint releases over the weekend # Good Experience in managing Client discussion(managing customer expectat ion) and Requirement gathering activities SPECIALIZATION # Must have Experience on ServiceNow Module Application design and implementation # Must have good experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor. # Must have minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow # Must have Good experience in ITSM Modules , Service Portal, web-based Integration (SOAP, REST, etc.), email inbound actions and CMDB.
