ServiceNow ITBM The ServiceNow ITBM Architect should be someone with about 10 12yrs experience in implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow APM PPM modules He She should work independently to architect design develop the ServiceNow IT Business Management Role Responsibilities Strong ServiceNow ITBM implementation experience with APM PPM Financial Management Agile Delivery Execution Should have the capacity to align applications with business goals and priorities manage costs and ea sily adapt to change Hands on experience in building a a comprehensive inventory of business applications to help assess the portfolio Creating Dashboards with a wide array of indicators including cost quality risk user satisfaction business a lignment and more Manage the product development efforts throughout its life cycle using Agile software development methods Strong collaboration with stakeholders including internal customers stakeholders and vendors to understand challenges and gain consensus on improved system and operational solutions Proficiency of ServiceNow administration JavaScript and common scripting languages such as PowerShell Service Now System Administrator Certification Preferred Service Now Certified Impl ementation Specialist APM or PPM Preferred ServiceNow HR Total experience of 10 years and a minimum of 3 years experience of ServiceNow development and configuration within the HR Scoped application Experience in successfully implementing the ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes leveraging the HRSD framework 3 years of experience in HR technology specifically supporting the ServiceNow processes Experience with ServiceNow forms fields views lists UI policy actions and client and server scripts Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform including Case Management Employee Service Center Mobile and Web Onboarding Support existing and build new interfaces Key Skills: Job Requirements: IT Business Management, ITSM DESIGN AND CONFIGURATION, RISK REGISTER,
