Logistics and Operations: Managing logistics, including food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup at event venues. Budget Management: Handling budgeting, cost estimation, and financial aspects of catering services, ensuring profitability and cost control.Key Responsibilities:1. Assist senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.2. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.3. Prepare ingredients, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats.4. Assist with meal service, plating, and garnishing.5. Follow recipes, menus, and cooking techniques.
