• Recruit potential Agency Partners (APs) and Advisors.
• Identify and onboard motivated individuals to drive business growth.
• Build a network of high-performing APs.
2. Training & Development
• Guide APs to develop and train their team of advisors effectively.
• Ensure APs understand insurance products and sales strategies.
• Conduct regular skill enhancement workshops and training sessions.
3. Sales Target Achievement
• Drive the achievement of business targets in terms of revenue, profitability, and team productivity.
• Collaborate with APs to achieve the desired sales goals.
4. Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with APs and their advisor networks.
• Provide continuous support to APs to sustain engagement and loyalty.
5. Market Awareness & Business Development
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Develop strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
6. Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment, training, and sales activities.
• Prepare periodic reports for review by the management.
